Agentic AI is reshaping how organisations make decisions, deliver services and manage complex work. This programme gives leaders a practical understanding of where autonomous systems can create value, where human judgement must remain central and what it takes to deploy agents with confidence. Participants will assess their own organisational priorities and develop a clear path from ambition to implementation. Scaling agentic AI requires more than technology. It requires robust data foundations, clear accountability, effective oversight and an operating model designed for human-plus-agent teams. Through faculty-led discussions, case studies and hands-on workshops, participants will explore how to govern AI across its lifecycle, redesign workflows and lead change across their organisations.
